On your web page it says that I should uninstall any previous codec packs. However, I have no idea what to look for and uninstall, and I don't want to mess anything up. Where is the old codec pack and what should it look like. (I'm using Windows XP)

Codec packs are always marked as codec packs, but codecs on their own that will conflict are 3ivx, DivX, XviD and ffdshow.

Hope thats helpful.
