iI TRIED EVERYTHING TO RESOLVE THE "NO VIDEO DECODER ERROR"" ON MY XP MXE...NO DVD PLAY WAS POSSIBLE...WITH COLE 2K CODECS... BINGO. ALL FIXED EVEN REMOVED ERROR ON START UP .....IM REALLY GLAD THANKS .
