| I just installed Cole2k Media - Codec Pack V6.1.0 Standard and using Window media player 9.0.
I've tested several DVD movies and have trouble with the voices being difficult to hear. Spider Man2 let me select an alternate "english" under "audio and language tracks". This brought the voice track up to a normal level. Bourne Identity has the choices but won't let me choose any other language options.
Also is there away of getting around the InterActual player from loading with certain DVDs?
I did download AVS DVD player from a link at Cole2k and the above issues are not present. I'm not crazy about interface though.
Any suggestions would be great.

| Hi Steve,
If you are playing back on a pair of speakers or headphones rather than a surround sound speaker system there is a simple setting change that will help:
Click "Start" and go to "Programs", followed by "Cole2k Media - Codec Pack", then select "AC3Filter Configuration".
In the window that appears there is an option marked "Output Format" near to the top at the left, simply click on the drop down list and select "2/0 - stereo" and click "OK" to apply the setting.
I've attached a screen capture to show the setting a little more clearly.
