Hi,
Firstly make sure you installed the 64bit version of the codec pack.
If you have the 64bit version installed search your system for xvidvfw.dll, it should be in "C:\Windows\syswow64\" to function correctly.
If you find it and it is not in "C:\Windows\syswow64\" simply copy it to that folder.

i find this in :

C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64

but this not help
whan i press on xvid codec i view this folder
C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64
not xvid codec

I think you're experiencing a problem with XP x64's application steering.

Search your system to see where "ffdshow.ax" is located.
