Hi...i dunno if anyone can help me but i got a serious problem with my internet speed after i installed Cole2k Media Codec Pack 6.0.7 Advanced and Standard...my internet browsing is REALLY slow now...it takes ages to load up images n things tht use macromedia adobe flash player...i noticed it right after i installed the codec pack...the codec pack is uninstalled now but this normally shouldnt happen rite? anyone have any suggestions to wat might hav gone wrong? any solutions?

The packages have absolutely no effect on your connection speed.

problem sovled...it did some how affect the router because i saw the difference in the browsing speed right after i installed the codec pack...when i restarted the router its back to normal now...its very strange...

Blaming either of the packages is similar to blaming Hitler for your problem, because they are in no way related.

As for your router, that will not be affected by anything on your PC, unless ofcourse it cannot keep up with your connection, you are hacking it, or beating it with your keyboard.

I'm pleased to hear the restart of the router solved the problem though.
