Some applications try to use the Pro features of DivX 6.xx, which are not enabled unless you enable the trial period or register DivX 6.xx.
It is also possible that they are not compatible with the latest version of DivX 6.xx.

I have DivX 6.xx registered but after installation and disinstalattion of your program Premiere Pro don't work for import DivX. Befor all worked. Is strange because if I reinstal your program premier import only one file divx not the second...if I save and restar import an other divx.

If you are importing 2 avi files that have AC3 audio which are for the same movie eg. a_movie_cd1.avi and a_movie_cd2.avi you will find that the time line for the AC3 audio in the second file has not been set to start at 00.00, this can often cause the problem that you are seeing when a second file fails to import.

DivX's own installer and mine install DivX in exactly the same way, what version of DivX were you using before?
