| Hello!
Unfortunately I can't try the new version on my PC since I'm in vacation. I downloaded the new installer and watched into it:
1. HDTV Pump Filter was updated recently.
2. On2 VP7 also appeared recently is free for personal use, I think you should take a look.
3. I had problems recently with Zoom Player and Haali Media Splitter when I enabled AVI support in Haali: the AR was messed up. The creator of Zoom Player said to remove AVI support since this is only experimental and messes up things.
And some other things: Zoom Payer was updated to version 4.51. And another filter manager: http://www.softella.com/dsfm/index.en.htm | |

| Hi Maska, thanks for the info.
On2 have set an activation for VP7 in the personal version, you don't actually see it run but there is one there, I havent been able to replicate it yet.
Another thing about the personal version is that the encoder only has the general profile.
It may be a better idea for me to just have the decoder from 7.xx and just the encoder from 6.xx (at least until I manage to replicate the 7.xx personal licensing).
I've updated HDTV Pump.
V5.58 has expanded options for Haali already but I've disabled AVI support by default now, when I had aspect ratio problems with Haali I used ffdshow for dx50 and div3/4 because they seemed to be most effected by the problem.
There are also 2 extra configuration pages after the component selection for ffdshow configuration.

| I downloaded only standard version. I see there are now two On2 decoders: one VP6 and one VP7. Is it a spelling mistake? | |

| No, that's right, VP7 fails to decode VP6, I think it's slightly crazy but there doesn't seem to be any way around it. | |
