| where the hell is the main site ie where we used to be able to get the packs becuase
cole2k.net dont work lol.
secound i love doing capturing at high quality and noew know i need a firewire conenction type of capture card.
im in the uk and am willing to spend arund 300-400
about a year ago the canopus site was rewally easy to know what you wante dbut now its damned confusing, so could you point me in the right direction for several makes etc | |

| it wasnt software but hardware i was after as i have all the well known software 
how ever with that being said as you are likely aware there are a lot of very quick tv rips on online these days within mine or hours or the end of the show, any idea how this is possible when they encode at 2 pass xvid . | |

| Firewire cards are pretty generic, the only time you'd pay so much for one is when you want software included.
As for TV episodes appearing before they're shown, in the US the times of them being shown are different in different areas so many people can actually watch them on the internet before they're shown on their local TV stations.
In the UK we see TV shows appearing long after they've already been shown in the US.
