| Hi,
The MP4 requirements for iPod are that the video is h.264 as you already know and audio should be AAC.
You can use the Audio Dub Pack from the main site to produce AAC files.
Your next step is to mux the files together as an MP4 files, for this you will need an MP4 muxer.
I'm unsure what muxer would be best for you but many people use the one from 3ivx:
http://www.3ivx.com/support/windows/encoding/media_muxer.html
But please be aware that using it may not be easy, read this guide:
http://www.3ivx.com/support/windows/encoding/ge_avi2mp4.html
Graph Edit, which is featured in the guide, is included with the advanced codec pack. | |

| A little update to this, I tried it earlier but had problems with the muxer not accepting h.264/x264 files, but was able to mux XviD into an MP4 file, I also tried MP4Creator60 with AVISynth but had problems with that also. | |
