| It's doing no harm but it's irritating me. It opens every time i try to select more than one video file using left mouse + shift. I don't know if it's something included with cole2k, or if it's been bundled with something else. This is the only codec pack i've used for years but i do have some other video player software installed so i really don't know what it came with. I'd like to get rid though - help would be gratefully accepted!

I had a look round and it appears to be included with a few applications, it's not included in my codec packs though.
Try this:
Click Start and select Run in your start menu, then type the following without the " "
"regsvr32 /u AviSplitter.ax" | |
