| I know this forum isnt necissarily for this problem, but I have a lot of video files on my comp, and I need to reformat so I was trying to burn them to dvd+r since they wont all fit on cd+r and I dont want to buy that many anyway. So I have nero start smart, nero express, real player 10 basic, and windows media player 10 (dont think you can burn video at all with it). None of my cd burning software will let me burn avi or mpg to dvd+r. Is that even possible or do I have to go through a long process to convert the files to .vob or w/e. I think nero can only burn .vob, .bup or .ifo files. | |

| Converting to DVD's is a long and failure filled process, its often quicker and cheaper to rent a dvd, decrypt it and burn it, rather than spend days coverting and/or possibly wasting blank dvd's.
I'd suggest burning them to disc as "Data DVD" in Nero while you format your pc and consider converting at a later date. | |
