| I've just installed 6.0.6 standard on Windows XP x64 and from my media player's perspective everything works. However, the start menu short-cuts do not work ("Error loading ffdshow.ax The specified module could not be found"), and the uninstall also doesn't work, it just instantly completes, leaving all the files and removing cole2k from the add/remove programs list.
This is all on a fresh install of the OS. I've used cole2k before and I really like it. Is there any way I can get this to install without the above problems? | |

| Hi, sorry to hear you're having trouble with it on XP x64, I believe I have the problem pinned and will be updating the packs shortly.
The next version of the Standard pack definately won't work on XP x64 due to its backwards compatability with Windows 98.
The next version of the Advanced pack (6.0.7) should definately work with XP x64.
Both packs should be released in a few days after some other alterations have taken place. | |
