| Only the 64bit version of the advanced codec pack should be used with 64bit Vista.
If you have installed the 32bit version, Vista's application steering breaks the shortcuts. | |

for 64Bit Windows
AND this not work !

| The installer is fine.
You can alter the shortcut to correct the problem you have though.
right click on the shortcut and select properties, then change:
"Target" to "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\rundll32.exe ff_vfw.dll,configureVFW"
and "Start in" to "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" | |

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\rundll32.exe ff_vfw.dll,configureVFW
SO I DON'T understand 'what to change ?

| Search in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 to see if ff_vfw.dll is present.
If it isn't present re-install the pack. | |

| The version of ffdshow that you have installed is not the one in my package and has not originated from any of my packages.
The date modified of ff_vfw.dll shows it as being from a different ffdshow version. | |

| Replace ff_vfw.dll with the one attached to this post.

a few time and is work and do start to computer .
