| A preview test build is available, changes from 6.0.5 include DivX 6.2.1, x264 and ffdshow (build by x264).
Some automatic tweaks have been added for non MCE systems.

| I doubt I will be able to add the newer CyberLink filters, they recently started locking the audio decoder, InterVideo have also changed the locking method on their filters. | |

| This version seems to be taking forever to get right...
After getting so many bad reviews on download.com for version 6.0.5 of the advanced codec pack (due to people trying to use it on a systems that don't support SSE) I've decided that there will be 2 different builds of the advanced pack.
One build will be released everywhere as usual and feature ffdshow 50051129 by Milan Cutka (Non SSE), while another build will feature ffdshow 20060420 by x264 (SSE) and only be available from this site and those that agree to make a suitable warning.
The new builds are expected to be released over the next 24 hours. | |
