| I am running Windows XP 64 and I thank you for the Freeware. I was in desperate need of a decoder because I uninstalled Dell Cineplayer and Media Experience (couldn't stand it) and thought all I needed was Windows Media Player.
Now I have better video quality than I did before with Dell.
