Hello,

Since I've installed this codec pack, I can't watch video dvd. Whem I try to watch a dvd (original or copied), the program gives me the following message: "Windows Media isn't able of playing video dvd".

Could you help me? Yank you very much,
Silvia

Hi, the problem you're having is usually caused by PowerDVD or similar conflicting with the package, you can get round the problem by either of these options:

1. Uninstall the conflicting DVD player software and re-install the codec pack.

2. Re-install the conflicting DVD player software (Please not that this will often disable DVD playback in Windows Media Player and enable it in the DVD player software instead).
