| I see what you mean, PowerDVD's h.264 decoder is being used.
It is possible that CyberLink has blocked their h.264 decoder from working with players other than PowerDVD.
I'll have a look at it later.
If you wish to disable the filter for now go to your start menu and click "Run", then paste the following:
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDVD\VideoFilter\CL264dec.ax"
Then click "OK"
NOTE: If you installed PowerDVD in another folder you will have to change the command line so that it points to the correct location.

| The filters that I've found that can conflict are as follows:
NDParser.ax << File parser
NeAudCD.ax << Audio CD reader filter
NeAudio.ax << Audio decoder/filter
NeDVD.ax << DVD navigation filter
NeDVSplitter.ax << DV splitter
NeFileSrc.ax << SVCD source splitter
NeFSource.ax << VOB source splitter
NeQTDec.ax << QuickTime decoder wrapper
NeSplitter.ax << Splitter filter
NeSubpicture.ax << Subtitle reader
NeVCD.ax << VCD navigation filter
NeVideo.ax << Video decoder
NeVideoHD.ax << HD video decoder
They can normally be found in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter"
The ones likely to cause most problems are:
NeVideo.ax << Video decoder
NeVideoHD.ax << HD video decoder
NeAudio.ax << Audio decoder/filter

| You can unregister the Nero filters just as you have with two of the Nero filters above, look up to my last post and you'll see a list of filters that can be unregistered and stopped from loading. | |

| I will probably add a feature to the codec packs to disable Nero's filters if they're detected.
I prefer CoreAVC aswell, it's just a shame that they are not producing a more up to date free version.
