| Hey i installed your codecpack, but when i try to open a AVI file, a window pop up and says
Haali Media Splitter---AVI:cant find index!
Is this a general problem or is it a contaminated file?? Hope that anyone can help me! I have already Checked the file in Gspot info and it shows that no codec is missing. I tried with some other files too and some AVIs it can play and others the window popup

| Winamp isn't very compatible when it comes to video files, but your issue can be resolved with either of the following:
It looks like when you installed the codec pack, you selected to enable the Haali splitter for AVI files, you may wish to uninstall the pack and then re-install it but make sure you don't alter the Haali default setting.
The files will probably play without any issue in windows media player, media player classic, or zoom player.
Hope that helps. | |

| You may wish to try using VLC Player as it can play broken or part broken files http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
Sometimes cam files that have been captured in cinema's have the file index stripped, but I havent seen anyone do it for quite some time.
