The file enclosed seems to be a mp3 but Windows Media Player 10 can't play it. Could you please analyse the file und add a codec to the pack. Thank you.

There have been quite a few mp3's ripped by people that are unable to be decoded by many mp3 codecs.
Try playing the file with VLC Player or Media Player Classic.
