| I downloaded this device from download.com It created 3 files in my computer, but did not install. I was told I would receive a comfirming E-mail. I still have not received the E-mail, and I, as a novice at the computer, have no idea how to get this program installed so I can use it. Any help will be appreciated. I have Windows XP HE, Svc Pack 2 (build 2600)  I had IMAP cd burner originally, but it will not restart though I have tried it several times. Also had Magix Music manager, Quicktime, and RealPlayer installed through add-ons, and uninstalled them. | |

| The Nero Plugin pack that I produce does not ask for peoples email address', also it wont install if you don't have Nero installed.
The package you're using must be from someone else. | |
